• Plum man’s lawsuit alleges that the millions of mortgages bundled into sketchy securities should not be subject to foreclosure.  He alleges that when banks opt to securitize loans and sell them like investment products, they give up the right to the house because mortgages and stocks are separate under U.S. law.  If any district court buys this novel argument, bankers across the country will have heart attacks.
