This program will provide updates to federal sentencing practice, recent Supreme Court cases, selected appellate cases related to crack cocaine and other issues as well as recent guideline amendments. Program materials will be provided by the U.S. Sentencing Commission, but attendees are encouraged to bring their personal copies of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
