Vice President Joe Biden spoke to an invitation-only crowd today, in a speech that was supposed to be about the importance of passing the jobs bill. Actually, the speech focused on the Administration’s efforts to ease the student loan burdens facing students. The Tribune Review seems to object to this as a bait-and-switch. But let’s be honest: who knows if the Pitt students will have jobs when they graduate, given the latest employment statistics? But we all know they’re going to have student loan debt.
