There was also discussion of a federal lawsuit that would stay the reassessment.
Ravenstahl urged residents to appeal their 2012 assessments if they are inaccurate, to make sure the residents are protected in case Judge Wettick’s order is upheld on appeal or in federal court. [Post-Gazette]
